6 變頻電纜特點分析變頻調(diào)速技術(shù)關(guān)系到變頻電機、變頻電源和連接電纜,這段電纜長度并不很長,截面也不很大,絕緣性能屬于電力電纜范疇,因為實際的工作頻率為30~300 Hz,常簡稱為變頻電纜。變頻電纜作為電機與變頻控制器的電力傳輸載體,由于傳輸功率大、傳輸頻率變化時間短造就了它***的工作特點:1.脈沖電壓對絕緣的影響大;2.電纜本體對外發(fā)射電磁波;3.中性線電流的疊加。這就要求電纜具有1.抑制高次諧波電壓累加造成絕緣擊穿;2.抑制高次諧波電流累加造成中性線過載;3.抑制高頻電磁波對環(huán)境的污染三大問題。為了解決這三大問題就要求電纜具有1.對稱的結(jié)構(gòu);2.良好的電磁屏蔽;3.增大中性線載流能力。一、由于需要對稱得電纜結(jié)構(gòu),所以電纜芯數(shù)為3芯、3+1芯(其中一芯為同心導(dǎo)體結(jié)構(gòu)——T)、3+3芯(3大3小結(jié)構(gòu))。二、由于需要良好的電磁屏蔽,所以該電纜須***金屬屏蔽。三、由于需要增大中性線載流能力,所以建議該電纜中心線截面大于等于一半主線芯截面,zui好等于主線芯截面。

Increase the current carrying capacity of the neutral line. 1、 Due to the need for a symmetrical cable structure, the number of cable cores is 3 cores, 3+1 cores (one of which is a concentric conductor structure - T), and 3+3 cores (3 large and 3 small structures). 2、 Due to the need for good electromagnetic shielding, this cable must be metal shielded. 3、 Due to the need to increase the current carrying capacity of the neutral line, it is recommended that the centerline cross-section of the cable be greater than or equal to half of the main core cross-section, preferably equal to the main core cross-section.

四、交流電壓試驗:電壓應(yīng)依次施加在每一根絕緣導(dǎo)體對其余導(dǎo)體和繞包金屬層之間施加試驗電壓3500V/5min,絕緣應(yīng)無擊穿。試驗應(yīng)在環(huán)境溫度下進行。
4、 AC voltage test: The voltage should be applied sequentially between each insulated conductor and the other conductors and the wrapped metal layer, with a test voltage of 3500V/5 minutes, and the insulation should be free of breakdown. The experiment should be conducted at ambient temperature.
